The active substance is oxycodone hydrochloride. One extended-release tablet contains 80 mg of oxycodone hydrochloride, equivalent to 71.72 mg of oxycodone.
The other components are:
- Core: Kollidon SR (polyvinyl acetate, povidone in mixture (K=27.0 – 32.4), sodium lauryl sulfate, silica gel), microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate;

How to keep oxy 80s

Oxydolor 80 mg and OxyContin
OxyContin is a brand-name version of the extended-release form of Oxydolor 80 mg. They are different versions of the same drug. OxyContin and immediate-release oxycodone belong to a drug class called opioids. A class of drugs is a group of medications that work in a similar way and are often used to treat similar conditions. Immediate-release oxycodone and OxyContin both bind to receptors in your brain and spinal cord. When they do this, they block pain signals and stop pain.
Dosage
Orally. The dosage depends on the intensity of pain and the patient’s individual sensitivity to treatment. Adults and youth from 12 years of age . The usual starting dose for opioid-naïve patients is 10 mg every 12 hours. Some patients may respond to an initial dose of 5 mg, which reduces the incidence of side effects. Patients already taking opioids may be initiated on higher doses given their previous experience with opioid treatment. A dose of 10-13 mg of Oxydolor 80 mg hydrochloride in the prolonged-release form corresponds to approximately 20 mg of morphine sulfate in the prolonged-release form. Due to individual differences in sensitivity to various opioids, it is recommended to start treatment with oxycodone hydrochloride (prolonged-release tablets), after switching from other opioids, at an amount of 50-75% of the calculated oxycodone dose.
